At **Emeraldz Ceramic Shop** your satisfaction is always GUARANTEED!
If for ANY reason you are dissatisfied with a purchase decision, the bisque
may be returned for exchange or full refund of the purchase price,
minus packing and shipping fees within 10 days after you receive them at your option.

( On Finished pieces, only the bisque price will be refunded after the piece is returned. )

We are a family owned and operated at-home business.
Our Internet business is going into it's 5th year!

Due to limited space, Most Pieces are " Made to Order " and require
time to be poured, dried, cleaned, fired and then painted if requested.
Although it may take a little more time before shipping,
it also means you get FRESH new Bisque that is made just for YOU!

All our bisque is fired to a witness cone of 04.
This fired temperture is just right for glazing or acrylic stains.




Most of the items produced by **Emeraldz Ceramic Shop**
can be made in a variety of different colors, often without additional cost.
If you would like a particular product, but would prefer it produced in a different
color or color scheme, please email me with your desires.



Shipping Charges include a $3 per box packaging materials fee.
I pack very well using clean materials -
- bubble wrap, sturdy Styrofoam sheets and "peanuts"

There is no minimum order.

Prices and product availability subject to change without notice.


Orders are processed as they come in and can take 3-6 weeks to ship,
depending on the number of orders pending.



We currently accept Paypal, Check or Money Orders for payment.
Credit Card Purchases can be made FAST and Secure Through Paypal!
Checks will require 10 working days to clear before shipping.
